Reelisted LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates the Reelisted platform at reelisted.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our Service.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information:

• Name, email address, phone number
• Brokerage name and firm information
• Agent photo and brokerage logo
• Password (stored securely hashed, never in plaintext)

Listing Data:

• MLS sheets (PDF uploads) and extracted property data
• Property photos (uploaded or scraped from public MLS sources)
• Property addresses, prices, descriptions, and features
• Video walkthrough uploads

Payment Information:

• Subscription tier and billing history
• Payment card details are processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers

Usage Data:

• Property page analytics (views, QR scans, video plays)
• Feature usage patterns
• IP addresses and session data

Third-Party Account Data:

• When you connect social accounts (Canva, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Zoho), we store OAuth tokens to maintain the connection
• We access only the data necessary to publish content or sync information on your behalf

Free Tool Data:

• CMA report inputs (address, property details) and generated reports
• Listing description and social caption generator inputs
• Email addresses provided for report delivery

3. How We Use Your Information

• Provide the Service: Generate marketing materials, process listings, render videos and flyers
• AI Processing: Your listing data and photos are sent to AI services (Anthropic, OpenAI) to generate content. This data is used only for generation and is not used to train AI models
• Communication: Send kit delivery emails, open house reminders, booking confirmations, and account notifications
• Analytics: Track property page performance so you can report to sellers
• Billing: Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Improvement: Understand usage patterns to improve the Service
• Compliance: Scan generated content for Fair Housing Act and advertising ethics compliance

4. Third-Party Services

We share data with the following categories of third-party providers, solely to operate the Service:

5. Data Retention

• Account data: Retained while your account is active. Deleted upon account deletion request
• Listing data and generated assets: Retained while your account is active
• Payment records: Retained as required by tax and financial regulations
• Analytics data: Property page view events retained for the life of the listing
• Free tool reports (CMA, descriptions): Retained for 90 days, then automatically deleted

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:

• HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
• Passwords stored using industry-standard hashing (bcrypt via Django)
• OAuth tokens stored server-side, never exposed to the browser
• File uploads validated for type and content before processing
• Rate limiting on authentication and public endpoints
• CSRF protection on all form submissions

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Update inaccurate personal data via your profile settings
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format
• Disconnect: Revoke access to any connected third-party account at any time

8. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies for:

We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels. Property page analytics are first-party only and do not track visitors across other websites.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when the policy was last revised.

If you are a resident of North Carolina, you may have additional rights under the North Carolina Consumer Privacy Act (effective January 1, 2026), including the right to:
