Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Reelisted ("Service"), operated by Reelisted LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Reelisted is an AI-powered marketing platform for real estate professionals. The Service generates marketing materials including but not limited to social media content, video reels, print flyers, property landing pages, email copy, QR codes, and comparative market analysis reports. The Service also provides a vendor marketplace connecting agents with videographers and other service providers.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription or per-listing credits. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable fees at the rates displayed at the time of purchase
• Authorize recurring charges for subscription plans until cancelled
• Cancel at any time through your billing portal; access continues through the end of your billing period

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Per-listing credits are non-refundable once used.

5. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by the Service is produced using artificial intelligence and third-party APIs. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or require editing before use
• You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing or distributing it
• Compliance scans (Fair Housing Act, advertising ethics) are provided as a convenience and are not a substitute for professional legal review
• We do not guarantee that generated content will be suitable for any particular purpose

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Service, including MLS sheets, property photos, agent photos, and logos. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the Service.

Generated Content: Marketing materials generated by the Service (captions, emails, flyers, reels, etc.) are yours to use for your real estate marketing purposes. You may use, modify, and distribute generated content without restriction.

Our Property: The Service itself, including its design, code, AI models, templates, and brand assets, remains our intellectual property.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Canva, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, Zoho CRM, and Stripe. When you connect these services:

• You authorize us to access your account on those platforms to the extent necessary to provide the Service
• Your use of third-party services is also governed by their respective terms of service
• You may disconnect any integration at any time from your profile settings
• We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to generate content that violates Fair Housing laws
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-access the Service beyond its intended APIs
• Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful content
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as human-written in contexts where disclosure is required by law

9. Vendor Marketplace

Reelisted provides a marketplace connecting real estate agents with videographers and other service providers. We facilitate introductions and bookings but:

• We are not a party to agreements between agents and vendors
• We do not guarantee the quality of vendor services
• Payment disputes between agents and vendors are resolved between those parties
• Vendors are independent contractors, not employees of Reelisted

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reelisted LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reelisted LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Texas.
